Jim Ross’s Opinion on looking for new WWE Superstars
Jim Ross, WWE Hall of Famer, gave his insight about how and where to find the new WWE superstars. For him, the potential superstar should have the skill, desire and a fan of WWE to enter this type of profession. Aside from the skills needed in a potential athlete, he also emphasized that the search for potential superstars should be improved daily so they will be able to find the next set of superstars that will make it big in the industry.
Jim Ross also gave a comment about Jack Swagger. According to him, Jack Swagger has both positive and negative attribute. First of all, he has the size that is perfect for being a wrestler. At the same time, he has also been exposed to wrestling since he has been participating even if he was just in elementary school. However, he still lacks the drive to give all his best to reach the next level. This is something that he should find.
