12th May 2009 – Watch & Read WWE ECW Highlights
ECW Champion Christian brought his signature show “The Peep Show” after it’s almost four years of absence for the first time on ECW last Tuesday Evening. And his first guest was no other than his Judgment Day opponent, Jack Swagger. The former ECW Champion promised Christian that he will get his ECW Championship title back from Christian which he had “cheated” to “steal” at Backslash and to prove his charge he planned to show the WWE Universe some clips exposing Christian’s turnbuckle for victory. However, instead of seeing the said clips, Christian showed a collection of Swagger’s greatest lisp-filled speeches on ECW. Since ECW’s Interim General Manager Tiffany made a promise that there will be consequences if either Christian or Swagger engaged in physical assault during “The Peep Show”, Swagger continued to berate Christian. He did not expect though for the Captain Charisma to abruptly end the segment and punched him on the face. With the new incident that happened, will the reigning ECW Champion be able to defend his title at Judgment Day?

And will Finlay be able to last his ongoing feud with Tyson Kidd and Natalya now that the duo was joined by David Hart Smith? Finlay had won several matches against Kidd by disqualification including last Tuesday’s but how long can the Belfast Brawler last this fate? Is there anyone in ECW who will join Finlay in his quest and turn things into his favor? Isn’t this turn of events enough reason to put the father and son together once more?

While Tommy Dreamer dreams of becoming the ECW Champion again his contract is running to its end as well. However, with his recent matches, it seems that his dream is going further and further away. Last Tuesday, he faced Mark Henry but lost. It seems that fate is telling Dreamer to stop dreaming of becoming the King of the Land of the Extreme and that it is time for him to leave and close this chapter of his life.

But things are different for Vladimir Kozlov though for the Moscow Mauler has once again defeated his opponent making him undefeated since he got drafted to ECW. It seems fate is agreeing to his claim that he dominates wherever he goes. Asked how his military training helped him, Kozlov shared his secret why he dominates everyone in ECW. He told Josh Matthews during his interview that he was trained in a Russian Martial Art known as Sambo, “which uses the great combination of skills and discipline”.
