The matches for SmackDown on Friday were already taped! The matches will be a triple tag team match between John Morrison and Cryme Time and Dolph Ziggler teaming up with The Hart Dynasty, Beth Phoenix against a local wrestler, Jimmy Wang Yang against Drew McIntyre, CM Punk facing off with R-Truth, Rey Mysterio and Mike Knox and with the main match against Batista and Matt Hardy.

The match between The Undertaker, Batista and CM Punk to get the World Heavyweight Champion title is going to be shown as the main match for SmackDown tapings in Philadelphia on November 17 2009.

The Undertaker vs. CM Punk in a Hell in a Cell Match (New World Heavyweight Champion)
The Undertaker turned out to be the winner in seven streak World Championship win in the midst of a tough mixture of mayhem, steel and brutal aggression. Hell in a Cell has always been considered as the territory of the Deadman and he once again unraveled his supremacy over the Punk. The nails were put in the Punk’s end with the Deadman’s famous Tombstone. After a series of serious controversies of a rematch just when the Undertaker thought he dethroned CM Punk, the Deadman made a sure act of retribution as he made CM Punk suffer from his death defying rage.

Randy Orton vs. John Cena in a Hell in a Cell Match (New WWE Champion)
The Viper has reclaimed his triumph over John Cena in the very first match inside Satan’s Structure. Despite Cena pledging that he would display another side of himself which would not just defeat but eventually destroy his foe, he still ended up struggling for oxygen when the Viper got the chance to zero him in. After a good number of years, this could be considered as the most arduous fight ever made between Orton and Cena, with first once again claiming the WWE Championship.

D-Generation X vs. The Legacy (Hell in a Cell Match)
The Legacy was not able to defeat the determination pushed by the mighty team of DX. But it was not a shameful event at all for having had the chance to compete with one of the most leading tag teams in the history of WWE, especially when they have defeated DX in the previous months which led to Hell in a Cell. DX was enraged early on when the Legacy attacked them just when they were just about to enter the ring. With the help of some bolt cutters, Triple H broke into the cell and distressed the Legacy. It was really one hell of a lesson to learn for Rhodes & DiBiase.

Unified Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & The Big Show vs. Batista & Rey Mysterio
Despite Batista’s prevailing victories during the single matches against his opponents in Hell in a Cell, his team up with Mysterio ended as a huge disappointment as Big Show gave the Master a distressing Knockout Punch. The two competing teams were given close calls in this tough fight but the Unified Tag Team Champions still dominated any of its opponents in the last few months. Now, everyone is wondering which tag team could ever defeat this partnership.

Intercontinental Champion John Morrison vs. Dolph Ziggler
The young upcomer Dolph Ziggler was able to put up a really good fight at Hell in a Cell but Intercontinental Champion John Morrison still emerged as the victor of the fight. Both have strong, skilled and persistent career backgrounds with a drive that is both unstoppable as well. All because of The Shaman of Sexy’s lift off of Starship Pain done in perfect timing, the match ended with the amateur fighter losing to it. Both are known not just for their impressive fighting skills but also because of their famous skirmished against each other. The two will still face each other in SmackDown in just a few days time.

United States Champion Kofi Kingston vs. The Miz and Jack Swagger (Triple Threat Match)
Despite his being consistently outnumbered in his recent matches, Kofi Kingston would always overcome the challenges and remain on top of his every game. He once again triumphs over a Triple Threat Match fought between Swagger and The Miz. The two decided to unite together to overcome Kingston but when the two diverted their attention to attaching each other, Kingston found this as a chance to strike them both down making The Miz and Swagger angrier than before.

Divas Champion Mickie James vs. Alicia Fox
Mickie James soared to victory like a true butterfly over Alicia Fox. After a rigorous battle, the Divas Champion has once again secured her spot with her wider experience and prowess. Alicia has been getting the better of the Divas Champion for the last couple of weeks and even distracting her from the ringside making the Champion to lose to Beth Phoneix. The beauty and brains of Mickie James will return as Raw’s all time reigning queen unless she has truly quieted the storm in Fox.

Drew McIntyre vs. R-Truth
When Drew McIntyre and R-Truth finally faced each other in their initial match at the Hell in a Cell, McIntyre defeated R-Truth with a Double Underhook DDT. McIntyre was proclaimed by Mr. McMahon himself as the future World Heavyweight Champion. The high sense of athleticism and power of R-Truth did not work enough to defeat the Scottish Superstar in his first appearance for PPV. After this match, will Truth be able to admit that the youngster has really earned his respect already or will he still be wanting some retribution for himself?

Batista has made a story-book lifestyle for himself, true rags to riches story. From being a troubled urban teen, from a broken home, to arriving at the forefront of the media, rubbing elbows with entertainment greats, like Bob Barker, Freddie Prince, Seth Green, and countless others. His repertoire now includes, Unleashed, a biography that promises to be a favorite among wrestlemania fans. He plans to return to his first love wrestlemania by next year.

According to sources at the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Chairman Mr. McMahon is distinctly “on edge” and “unhappy with the product now” in reference to the total WWE package as of late. Indeed, due to the lack of real excitement and/or depth during the recent Night of Champions main event. While this was primarily due to the traumatic injuries of Edge, Batista and their ilk, the reason behind the floundering roster is really irrelevant at this point. Indeed, McMahon is said to be terribly frustrated and worried about the fact that his stars seem to be fading at an incredibly rapid rate.

Also, many roster members have criticized the powers that be at the WWE regarding the fact that they have not more heavily promoted big name up-and-comers like MVP and Swagger. Indeed, it is inconceivable why some of these heavy-hitting big names have been regaled to mid-level draws.

Within the WWE, most of the blame for faltering ratings has been placed directly on the lack of developmental to produce high-quality, prime-time ready talent and entertainment.

You know you love him. And so does WWE. That’s why they are releasing a new DVD all about Batista. In fact, they are releasing a three DVD set titled Batista: Unleashed on October 13th and the set has a total run time of 540 minutes. Even the most die-hard Batista fans should be satisfied by the time the the show’s over. Enjoy!

Recently, this site reported that there is a Batista DVD set soon to be released by WWE. At the time, it has been reported that the title has been changed from Unleashed to “Batista: I Walk Alone.”

WWE star Batista will appear in a movie starring Filipino boxing hero Manny Pacquiao called “Wapakman”. Batista will reportedly play a villainous character. Dave Batista accompanied Pacquiao to the ring against the boxer’s last fight against Ricky Hatton.

The Pussycat Dolls’ lead singer Nicole Scherzinger, who sang “America the Beautiful” in Pacman’s last match, is also set to appear in the film. No word yet as to when the release date is.

WD Opinion:
Man, I don’t know about the Pacman starring in a movie. I love Pacman as a boxer but his acting chops aren’t exactly the most polished out there. If you’ve seen his earlier films then you will see some pretty bad acting. I’m sorry, Manny. Lay off the movies and stay in boxing. I hope you make Floyd Mayweather Jr. eat his words in your future match.

Sources say that the “four month” absence Batista is due could be exaggerated by the WWE itself. Earlier reports say that Batista suffered a torn bicep but in truth it’s really a torn ligament and it’s not as serious as reported. Reports now point that Batista isn’t due until Survivor Series or Royal Rumble but rather SummerSlam.

Soon to be former WWE Champion Batista issued a statement in his official website demon-wrestling.com about his current status. He is now recovering from a torn tendon injury, which is different from what WWE.com is reporting. Batista is now recovering from a successful surgery and fans can expect the animal to be back in four months, just in time for Survivor Series.

The WWE is saying that Batista had suffered a torn bicep, which is more serious. In truth, they’re only doing this to sell Legacy’s attack on Batista as vicious enough to injure Batista.
