13th July 2009 – Watch and Read WWE Raw Full Highlights
In keeping with the newly implemented RAW tradition of super freaking sweet guest hosts, this Monday’s RAW was enhanced by the comic prowess of the one and only Seth Green. (You know who I’m talking about – the creator of the hilariously funny and critically acclaimed Robot Chicken.) Seth totally took control of the night, making several matches and pretty much just ruling the roost. And to make the night even more exciting, it was announced that famed rockers ZZ Top would be handing the coveted guest hosting next week.

Seth Green, John Cena & Triple H vs. The Legacy
Due to Robot Chicken’s soon to be released Robot Chicken Star Wars Episode II on DVD on July 21st, Seth Green was exceedingly confident during his stint on WWE. However, his confidence soon waned as he was talked into jumping into the ring for a tag team bout, partnered with John Cena and Triple H, and versus The Legacy.
Even though things have been less than amicable between Cena and Triple H, the two champs got their stuff together and banded as a team, easily incorporating the surprisingly spry Green into the mix. Indeed, Seth was even able to get in a shot or two against Rhodes. However, later in the match when Legacy began to even the score, it was Green himself who broke up Orton’s pin on Triple H. The Viper was less than amused by the interference, and was all set to take down the pint-sized interloper when Cena rushed the ring and defended his celeb team mate. After all was said and done, the night ended with a celebration of sorts between all of the various and assorted rivals, and the match ended in a no contest.

Big Show vs. Evan Bourne / Kofi Kingston attacked The World’s Largest Athlete
In what was touted as an example for Seth Green’s benefit, Big Show hit the ring in an attempt to show Evan Bourne what was what. The World’s Largest Athlete grounded Bourne with his signature Colossal Clutch, holding firm even after the bell. However, Kofi Kingston was having none of it, and he came flying to Bourne’s assistance with a well placed kick to the back of Big Show’s noggin.

Hornswoggle vs. Chavo Guerrero
In what was touted as a rematch betwixt Hornswoggle, the diminutive Irishman, and Guerrero, The Mexican Warrior, yet another shocking handicap was forced on Guerrero. This time, he was forced to face the leprechaun with one arm tied behind his back (as opposed to on his knees). Once again, Hornswoggle showed his opponent that size isn’t everything as he clinched yet another victory.

Mark Henry vs. Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho made a special appearance on RAW to address the loss of his partner, Edge, due to a recent and devastating Achilles tendon injury. While he negated to give the name of his new partner during his appearance, he promised to make a formal announcement prior to the title defending match against The Legacy at The Night of Champions.
Jericho was rudely interrupted by a supremely agitated Mark Henry, who said that the guest host, Seth Green, and deemed the encounter an official match. He wasted no time in barraging Jericho with pummeling abuse. However, Jericho refused to be drawn and exited the ring. This gave Henry the victory by count out.

Jack Swagger vs. MVP
After a smack talking incident last week in the VIP Lounge, Swagger and MVP clearly had no love lost between them tonight. And, unfortunately for MVP, that didn’t work out in his favor. Clearly in retaliation for last week’s disrespect, Swagger wiped the mat with MVP in no time at all, once again demonstrating that you shouldn’t run your mouth when you can’t back it up.

The Miz vs. Primo
After an unprovoked attack by his brother Carlito after last week’s RAW loss, Primo showed up tonight to call out his nefarious and traitorous sibling. Unfortunately, Primo’s taunts would be answered by The Miz instead. After some trash talking, Primo did his best to overcome his opponent. However, it was interference by Carlito that would cost his brother the match and his dignity.
