Jack Swagger vs. Evan Bourne
Having recently gotten his butt handed to him by Mark Henry; Bourne was desperately hoping to pull out a win against Jack Swagger. Unfortunately, fate wasn’t smiling on “Air” Bourne, and former ECW Champ Swagger all but wiped the mat with him during their June 25th bout. Indeed, Jack Swagger utilized his supreme collegiate wrestling skills to keep Bourne out of the air and on the mat, where Swagger’s superior strength clinched the win. In fact, Jack Swagger’s incredible skills (demonstrated clearly in several recent, brutal wins) are causing some diehard fans to wonder if he may be a threat to Tommy Dreamer’s hold on the coveted ECW championship when the two gargantuan fighters meet up at The Bash.
  

Dolph Ziggler vs. Jimmy Wang Yang
Dolph Ziggler, everyone’s least favorite big mouth bragger, shook up the WWE Universe yet again on June 25th, when he demonstrated that his bravado exists for a reason and that he is more than just a big mouth with nothing to back it up. Indeed, the SmackDown star hasn’t made many friends of late, rather accumulating hordes of enemies among Superstar fans. Unfortunately, Jimmy Wang Yang never really had a chance, and Ziggler’s trash talk (once again) rang true by the end of the match.
  

United States Champion Kofi Kingston vs. MVP and Matt Hardy
In June 25th’s Triple Threat Match, Kofi Kingston once again proved why he is the new United States Champion. Indeed, even when pitted against two rivals, MVP and Matt Hardy, who were just chomping at the bit to strip him of his title, Kingston was able to hold his own. And while Kingston is clearly a superior brawler, some of the credit for his victory has to be given to the fact that MVP and Hardy spent almost as much time battling each other as they did trying to take down the champ. Regardless of the reason why, Kofi Kingston was able to walk all over two top-notch opponents and hold onto his newly won title.
